Again began experimenting, along with making a rebel rank badge as well.
I made the dots detachable, so that after finishing they could be glued.
Finishing project 2
After filling, I applied a layer of krylon metallic silver onto it, after it dried, I applied liquid latex called humbrol maskol onto the piece to mask certain areas, before spraying a coat of krylon gloss blue onto it. I then peeled the latex off the heart to fully reveal the chipped layer effect.
