First blog post, I apologize for how long it took, I got carried away by going places with my family and forgot to email it.
Finishing project 2
After filling, I applied a layer of krylon metallic silver onto it, after it dried, I applied liquid latex called humbrol maskol onto the piece to mask certain areas, before spraying a coat of krylon gloss blue onto it. I then peeled the latex off the heart to fully reveal the chipped layer effect.
